While our primary focus has been ghosts, hauntings, poltergeists and other paranormal phenomena, I have always had an interest in U.F.O. and other "not-normal" subjects. I have spent time over the years learning how to research and investigate U.F.O.s as the cases differ from that of the ghost cases.

I also support the usage of large online collection sites, such as the Mutual U.F.O. Network (MUFON), so that these cases can be looked at as a whole by as many people as possible. This method gives researchers a chance to determine if certain areas are "hot" (flaps) and gives the MUFON investigation team a chance to study as many cases as possible.

We at O.P.I.N. would like to investigate any sighting in Ohio (especially north east Ohio) and will definately help add the case to the MUFON library. At this time I am not a field investigator for MUFON, but depending upon the need for one I may eventually make an attempt to move into that role. At any rate, I feel I am more than qualified to investigate average sightings from my experience with the tools MUFON has to offer, my knowledge obtained about this field as well as my dozen plus years as an active investigator of the paranormal.
